In the PROGRAMMING workshop , we’ll focus on:
Structuring classes that flow seamlessly and feel intentional
Building balanced, full-body programs that challenge and support
Designing sequences for different levels and special populations
Breaking free from repetitive routines and creative ruts
Understanding how to modify on the spot without losing momentum
Crafting classes that keep clients progressing—and coming back
In the CUEING workshop , we’ll focus on:
Crafting clear, impactful verbal, tactile and visual cues
Adapting language to suit different bodies and learning styles
Building a diverse cueing vocabulary to avoid burnout or sounding robotic
Improving your rhythm, tone, and flow during classes
Enhancing body awareness so your cues are rooted in what you see, not just a script
