15 MINUTE FULL BODY MAT PILATES WORKOUT + CURATED MIX

Marrying my love of music and movement is something I’ve been dreaming of doing for some time now. Finally, I’ve created the unique opportunity to present my first mat pilates full body flow accompanied with a curated sonic experience recorded at my home. This flow will challenge anyone from the beginner to the intermediate pilates practitioner. It offers a guided workout to practice on its own, or, as a supplement to your walk, run, lift, or strength training.

The mix was designed with the movement in mind, however, you have the option to enjoy it on its own via YouTube (with live visuals from time of recording) or Soundcloud. Throw this on at your next intimate gathering, while you’re working, or just as easy listening. While receiving, stay in tune with the breathe and, of course, always remember your heart’s center.
