I know for myself, getting pen to paper is a healing process that allows me to let my thoughts flowing without inhibition. So, I've designed the below prompts to help you get the ideas flowing on how you’re going to tackle this much needed reset. And no, we’re not waiting until the end of year - because there’s no time like the present.
