MY BEST KEPT SECRET FOR GREAT GUT HEALTH

If I had a dollar for every time one of my friends asked about ways, natural or otherwise, to help with their gut health - I’d have my house in the Berkshires, okurtt! I try to give them options so they are aware, from certain foods to protein powders and even some different supplements to try. But the first, most effective, and only 100% all natural remedy I give them is my best kept secret to fab gut health.

The answer my friends is simple - fresh celery juice. And all you need is a juicer (no it does not have to be fancy) and, you guessed it, some organic celery! I get organic celery from many places; farmer’s markets, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, literally any grocery store.

But why celery juice? Well, let’s get into it! Celery has plant based compounds that are known to holistically to flush out old toxins that have built up in your body over time. Celery juice has been known to kill viruses, bad bacteria, and parasites in the body that block your gut from living its best life.

How is it most effective? Easy peezy! First thing in the morning, before you eat anything, grab two bundles and juice a 20 oz glass until it’s about 3/4 full. Freshly juiced is amazing, but for the sake of time you can juice a ton for the week and refrigerate! Celery juice is fasting friendly and extremely hydrating, so add it to the list of why this is an AM staple.

Don’t have what you need? I got you, friend. See my list with links below for your juicing starter pack under $100.

DISCLAIMER: I am not a trained medical professional. All opinions are my own, try and your own risk. If you have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) please consult with your doctor prior to drinking access amounts of celery juice, for it could potentially cause further discomfort.
