High fiber blueberry pie chia seed pudding

RECIPE

2 oz Unsweetened Plain Yogurt, I use CULINA linked here

Dash of cinnamon

1 ½ tbsp Organic Black chia seeds

14g sliced almonds

1/3 cup organic blueberries

1 tsp water

drizzle of pure maple syrup (optional)

STEPS

  1. mix all chia seeds, yogurt, cinnamon, and water together

  2. Let mixture sit in the fridge for minimum 10 minutes

  3. Take out and add sliced almonds and organic blueberries

  4. slight drizzle of maple syrup, enjoy
